Personal Experience & Biography
Since entering private practice Ms. Henderson has successfully sued Bank of America over 7 times in state and federal court alleging false promises violations of the bankruptcy stay and modification fraud. She obtained a 46 million dollar judgement against Bank of America for a violation of the stay, the largest award granted in a bankruptcy adversary proceeding. During the last ten years she has continued to represent clients in bankruptcy and violations of the stay. She has two writs in the appellate courts to address the needs of evaluations for Developmentally Disabled clients. Ms. Henderson is creative when she hits a wall with the Courts and opposing counsel. She looks for alternative ways to resolve issues in other forums that is in the client’s best interest.
Ms Henderson Graduated From California St. University Sacramento and obtained her Juris Doctorate from McGeorge School of Law University of The Pacific.
