Personal Experience & Biography
Kenneth Case graduated cum laude from the University of Miami school of Law in 2009 and was subsequently admitted to the Florida Bar.
He has been representing Florida homeowners and consumers in the areas of foreclosure defense, bankruptcy, and real estate litigation for nearly his entire career. In 2021, he worked as an appellate attorney for the United States Virgin Islands Government, but has since returned to Florida to join Consumer Law Attorneys.
He has always been an advocate for consumers and proponent of debtors’ rights. He has been recognized multiple times for his work with pro bono clinics around the Tampa Bay area.
